I just went back and reviewed my logs and I’ve been using this app since July 2019 - 7 years!! I’ve only ever used the free version (yes you have to watch an ad when you mark that you’ve inserted/removed the ring but it’s like 30 seconds!). I’m getting off birth control but I would recommend this to anyone using a nuvaring!!

must watch 30s+ ad to log removal/ insertion. additionally, sometimes if you wanna do a four week change and take it out early because you started withdrawal bleeding, you can’t just change your insert date like you have to do a bunch of stuff to change anything besides just logging stuff every day.

Ich würde mir bei dieser Verhütungsring-App wünschen, dass es mehr Auswahlmöglichkeiten bei der Dokumentation gibt. Aktuell kann man nur angeben, ob der Ring eingesetzt wurde oder nicht. Sinnvoll wäre es jedoch, zusätzlich Optionen wie „Ring gewechselt“, „zu spät eingesetzt“ oder „zu früh eingesetzt“ auswählen zu können. Das würde helfen, den Überblick zu behalten und mehr Sicherheit zu bieten, ohne alles manuell im Kalender eintragen zu müssen – dabei verliert man sonst schnell den Überblick.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass die App komplett werbefrei ist, was die Nutzung deutlich angenehmer macht. Zudem überzeugt sie durch ein einfaches, übersichtliches Design, das einen schnellen Überblick ermöglicht.

Außerdem wäre eine bessere Kompatibilität mit Apple-Geräten und anderen Marken wünschenswert. Besonders praktisch wäre es, wenn ein Countdown direkt auf dem Sperrbildschirm angezeigt werden könnte.
