## What is Contract Lab?

ContractLab is an analytical calculator for the trade-up contract mechanic inside Counter-Strike 2. It helps players plan material combinations before they execute contracts inside Valve's official game client.

This is a calculator and reference tool. ContractLab does NOT:
• Execute any in-game actions or interact with Valve game servers
• Facilitate buying, selling, or trading of virtual items between users
• Provide financial, investment, or trading advice
• Operate any form of gambling, loot box, or lottery mechanic

• Knapsack-based contract solver: compute optimal material combinations under wear-value and quantity constraints
• Wear-value precision calculator down to 7 decimal places
• Multi-platform market price reference (Buff, Steam Market, C5, YouPin, CSFloat, EcoSteam) — data is fetched from each platform's public API on user request, ContractLab does not store or proxy purchase data
• Skin database with collection / rarity / wear-tier metadata
• Local-first compute: contract analysis runs entirely on-device
