ContractVault is a secure, local-first vault for contracts, agreements, NDAs, leases, and other important documents — with renewal and expiry reminders so nothing slips through the cracks.

Whether you're managing a rental lease, employment contract, vendor agreement, or personal NDA, ContractVault keeps everything organized on your iPhone or iPad. No account required. Your data stays on your device.

ContractVault is designed for people and small businesses who want a simple, private way to stay on top of contractual deadlines. All contract details and documents are stored locally using on-device storage. We do not operate a cloud backup service in this version of the app.

ContractVault Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription.
• Subscription name: ContractVault Premium
• Length: 1 month (auto-renewing)
• Price: $2.99 USD per month (pricing may vary by region)
• Free trial: 3 days for eligible new subscribers
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate shown in the App Store
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription
Restore Purchases is available in Settings if you reinstall the app or switch devices.
