One tap starts the timer. Contraction & Baby Tracker handles the calculations so you can stay focused during labor.

DURING LABOR
Time contractions with automatic interval and duration tracking. Record intensity. The app includes a built-in 4-1-1 pattern alert, a common reference used by many providers. If your provider gave you a different pattern, Premium lets you customize it. Always follow the specific guidance of your own healthcare provider.
Contraction timing is free: no account, no sign-up, no time limit. Upgrade to Premium for custom contraction patterns, full history, hospital-ready export, and Baby Mode.
