I like that you can free-form add a movement any time without having to start a “session” which is why I chose this app over others. ### 1/5 — Don’t buy for use with Apple Watch *2020-07-18, version 1.0* Doesn’t work at all on watch 5. On the free one you can pull up your history,add your due date in the settings, turn the auto lock on & off,etc. This one is in army time. And you can't change anything in the settings except which part you see for the launch screen. The free one also congratulates you after 10 kicks in an hour & is very user friendly!
