## What is Contraction Timer?

Time contractions with one tap — and know when it may really be time to go.

Tap the big circle when a contraction begins, tap again when it eases. Durations, intervals and your hourly pattern are worked out for you — no forms, no clutter, designed for one hand in the middle of the night.

THE 5-1-1 RULE, WATCHED FOR YOU
The guideline midwives give for heading to the hospital: contractions about every 5 minutes, lasting about 1 minute, for about 1 hour. The app quietly watches your pattern and tells you when it matches — with a notification even if your phone is locked. Prefer the stricter 4-1-1 rule? One switch in Settings.
