## What is Contraction Timer?

Bumpy is a calm, clutter-free pregnancy companion built around the one tool you will reach for most: a clean, reliable contraction timer. No ads getting in the way, no account to create, and everything you track stays private on your iPhone.

THE CONTRACTION TIMER IS ALWAYS FREE
When things get real, you should not be fighting a paywall. Bumpy's contraction timer is free, forever. Tap once when a contraction starts and again when it ends. Bumpy logs the length and the interval, shows your averages over the last hour, and gently surfaces when your pattern resembles the widely-shared 5-1-1 guideline, as general information.

CYCLE & FERTILITY MODE, FROM CYCLE TO BUMP
Not pregnant yet? Choose "Tracking my cycle" and Bumpy becomes a private period tracker. Log your period start and end and your flow, and see your predicted next period, fertile window and estimated ovulation day on a clean monthly calendar. Add symptoms, mood and notes for any day. Predictions use the average of your own logged cycle lengths (28 days until you have logged two cycles), with ovulation estimated 14 days before your next period, and the app explains how each estimate is made, with links to public health sources. When you become pregnant, switch modes in Settings and Bumpy can suggest a due date 280 days after your last period start. Period logging and the calendar are free.

SUBSCRIPTION
Bumpy Premium is available as a weekly subscription with a 3-day free trial, an annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime unlock. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. Restore purchases from the app settings. The lifetime option is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
