There is continual pop up help dialogs which you have to click off to continue so annoying. Measurements in feet and foot, no metric options. Menus and process flow not intuitive seems a mess. Disappointed, as I was looking forward to a piece of software that allowed for one off purchases to use. ### 2/5 — contacts dont import correclty, unuseable *2021-08-24, version 14.4* Iport works but then all of the contacts are helf lined so you cannot even read them, even after restarting. ### 5/5 — New Version has helped me! *2017-04-08, version 10.2* The app has been doing a good job, but there were some things that you needed to watch out for and use work arounds. The new version has plugged the leaks and is a complete and polished app. The client info has been enhanced with a Company name field and the ability to show open invoices by client. The Client Connect feature makes it easy to send emails and texts without retyping or pasting the message for each one. Works great on my 6S! ### 2/5 — Utter Confusion *2015-02-20, version 8* This app is complete confusion. It is not user friendly nor is it intuitive. As well, the mechanics of the app need some work. And lastly, the developers need to check their spelling in the contract lingo. I had to go in and correct spelling. Scam. ### 1/5 — Rip off!!!!! *2015-09-13* I bought this app for £5.99 but I wish I hadn't!!!!! it appeared to be exactly what I needed from the description, but having only just started to use it I realised I had to pay pay extra for everything that was useful in the app. If this app had delivered the goods within the £5.99 then I may have paid for the in app purchases but it didn't so I won't and I wish I hadn't!!! Can text or email all my invoices or print, make my own labor and parts cost , estimates don’t show up on customer profile but I can search estimates and find them if customer has a question, works great in a pdf format and prints very nicely on air print. Price point it well worth the cost , customer service is excellent, you can text or call anytime and an answer within a short amount of time, not buggy at all , some typing characters like back slash and forward slash can’t be used as they are programming characters , so don’t use those it will cause major issues with the way your billing is done Be warned just don’t use those characters lol All in all a great app for billing and my customers love the integration for texting printing and emailing, go get it , you’ll be glad you did ### 5/5 — Best App without Monthly Fee! And now on Mac *2022-03-30, version 14.5.2* There really aren’t that many decent apps that don’t charge a monthly fee. InApps are needed for estimates and Cloud, but much better than paying monthly forever! There is a Calendar like Scheduler that is used to create your jobs. Reminders can be sent from there and then you can post your work, very easy. In addition, there is a full contact management function, inventory and a bunch of financial reports. Can’t beat this app for the price ### 5/5 — Easy to learn and use, great price, sync program! *2022-02-28, version 14.5.2* Although we are a new user of app we have gotten up to speed quickly. It has an intuitive design and operation that easy to learn and follow. You can use the contacts and calendar items already in on your device. It is fast and provides professional looking invoices and estimates that we can be proud of. Looking forward to learning the more advanced features and maybe the In Apps. The Cloud Sync lets you hook your whole crew. ### 5/5 — Finally on the Mac *2021-05-30, version 14.4* We hasve been using this app for five years on iPad & iPhone. Great to have it on the Mac now! ### 5/5 — Great Customer Support. New Cloud Sync is great. *2020-11-30, version 14.2* As with all business app you often need support. The company is always there to answer email or text questions and also help on the telephone. Really understand the app and our business inside and out and get questions resolved quickly. Don't contact them much anymore as the app is running smoothly, thanks again for the help and assistance. The most recent update included multiple job locations for a customer and multiple phases for jobs. Both very helpful. ### 5/5 — Best customer service anywhere *2019-09-15, version 12.3.2* It is sad to say these days but customer service is terrible everywhere, however not with this Company, John has been very helpful. I am in my 60’s still running a maintained company I own and using the Contractor app for almost 5 years, it works great, recently I lost my IPad which resulted in getting a new one, when it restored from the cloud Apple messed up my data. John has been very patience with me and helped me thru it all, I HIGHLY recommend this program to all small contractors. There are some additional ideas that we have to improve the app and have sent those to the development staff. Most all of the improvements in the new versions are helpful and then InApp’s are worth the additional cost, still way less than comparable apps! ### 5/5 — User friendly – Easy but detailed very complete. *2018-02-17, version 10.10.1* You can use the contacts and calendar items already in on your device. It’s become like a well broken in tool. The version 9 upgrade has improved a few area like additional customer information. In addition there are several new In App that I am going to use like Document Manager. I can finally change some of the standard field, like taxes, to better fit my needs.
