However, I’ve been looking for a dark mode option (I’m not sure if it’s already in the app). I usually fill out my daily report at night before bed, and having a completely white background is a bit bothersome. We drastically cut down our file sizes by being able to save all of our estimate notes, product quotes, and photos in one place. The estimates are extremely quick and easy to do on the platform as well. I have been searching and sampling software systems for over a year. We aren’t large enough for ProCore or BlueBeam. The other systems I found were either too expensive for the features I needed or fell short of the features I needed. Contractor Foreman is incredibly user friendly, hands down has the best training resources and availability. Their AI bot helps tremendously and gets you answers instantly. The software features continue to grow, the integration features are awesome and the customization abilities make the software even more powerful. If you’re on the fence- just do it. One of the biggest advantages is how easy it is to enter purchase orders and create invoices. The system allows you to duplicate or copy existing POs, which saves a lot of time and prevents having to re-enter the same information repeatedly. This feature alone helps streamline the process and keeps everything organized and consistent. It’s very user-friendly and makes managing project costs and documentation much more efficient. At this point, we haven’t experienced any negatives. It does take some time to learn but the training and support are excellent. It seems a great fit for small to medium business but has a lot of feature functionality. Prepare to spend time setting up the cost database. This may be a good app but there is no reason to have to fill out personal information before getting pricing. Needs more accurate GPS tracking. Needs an offline mode for areas with no cell service. ### 1/5 — You can't delete your account. *2026-04-20, version 26.04.07* You should know that if you have already registered in this application, you will not be able to delete your account with all your data! ### 1/5 — Scammers *2026-03-18, version 25.12.18* ***Be aware of this software*** This shady software thinks it's ok to get people to sign up for their "Demo" and have "100% money back guaranteed" listed everywhere, but unless you dive into the policies you won't get your money back. I signed up for demo, went through the software once, then was charged $1300USD. When cancelled minutes after the CC charge, they only offered a partial refund even though I clearly am not using the app in any way. ### 1/5 — Do not recommend *2025-12-29, version 25.12.18* After using this app for my work for over the last year, I have to say it is by far the worst. It never fails to glitch out, slow down on perfect service, or kick you out randomly. When you have to reset you password, they send you a email, but then it takes you to the safari version of the app, which then if you try to do anything like go to your settings, it then kicks you out and makes you download the app, which once you do it won’t let you sign in, because you needed to reset your password and can’t without it being stuck in a loop. I’ve used other apps like Tsheets, and BuilderTrend. They work way better. This app can be insanely confusing to the point of throwing your phone, and never fails to piss you off on your way to work. Don’t get it, don’t recommend it, they update it constantly but nothing ever changes, if anything it gets worse. ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2025-10-10, version 25.10.01* Requires extensive effort to navigate daily issues , constantly crashes and requires deleting and redownloading .
