Run your own construction company. Bid on jobs, send the crew to the site, get the materials there on time and hand over the building. No crew, no materials, no progress.
    
    Contractor Simulator is a construction tycoon and management game: every job is a budget, a crew and a deadline. If there is still cash in the bank on payday, congratulations, you are growing.
    
    WIN THE BID
    Name your price, wait for the answer, land the job. The right number makes you money; the wrong one puts you in the red.
    
    RUN YOUR CREW
    Assign workers, foremen and excavators to each project. No crew on site means no progress. Salaries and equipment rent are due whether you like it or not.
    
    BUY MATERIALS
    Concrete, iron, brick, ceramic, glass, wood, kitchens, bathrooms, paint. Market prices change day by day and delivery takes 1 day or 3. Watch the price trend, buy low, deliver on time.
    
    WAREHOUSE & TRUCKS
    A full warehouse means no more purchases. Upgrade your storage, send the trucks and never let a site run dry. You do not want to see "paused due to insufficient material".

### 3/5 — Good but needs a few things

I actually really like it but sometimes at the start you kind of bleed money till you get the first building done. But the tender jobs don’t actually pay me anything it just says it’s pending but they never come through. Other than those 2 things it is a simple enjoyable game.
