Reason for missing that last star - I’d love the ability to have it turn off the local profile automatically when connected to certain wireless networks (I.e. Too expensive. *2026-07-18* Competitor is $20 a year for unlimited queries and same level of protection. ### 1/5 — Way Too Complex For You | Unless You Enjoy Swirling in a Vortex of Misery *2026-07-03* This is a service system and ecology designed coded and engineered by people who spend their entire lives inside a computer speaking in foreign coding languages that only an alien from another galaxy could understand. They then bring this unusually cryptic codex and lexicography of madness to you in the form an app driven service they are happy to charge you for while you have absolutely no idea how to deploy, utilize or capitalize on in return for your financial support. Oh but there are instructions and support forums and something called customer service that no human on earth knows how to actually follow through with in this, our currently twisted beyond all repair backasswards era… No there isn’t. And no, you won’t get it. You won’t understand. You won’t even get a complimentary can of petrolatum. Ultimately you’ll be stranded in a void of unanswered questions and perpetual self-guided rants about how computers and all modern silicon fueled technologies are indeed the end of humanity as zombies begin to crawl and drool from the shadows of a nearby forest while you’re still searching for baby deer to slaughter because nobody warned you about the mistake you were about to make when you downloaded this app…. ### 1/5 — Takes your money then nothing *2025-12-15* After starting an account and paying for it I began experiencing inability to log in to the web control panel or account. Yes I have reset the password 3 times and cleared cookies and switched browsers and checked and rechecked all details. Since I cannot access the account my only resort is to open a dispute with my bank and a complaint to Apple Store. There are several options available to choose from and it is very easy to configure them. You don't need different types of profiles installed on your iPhone. This singular app has it all. I have been using this app for about 4 months now and i have never faced any problems with it. Works well and doesn’t cause problems on any of my devices. I just wish that Apple would allow an easy way to lock the config so my siblings couldn’t change their devices once they’re set up. Otherwise, love it! Also, it’s from a Canadian company instead of a US-based company. 🇨🇦 The only nicety I’d add is a handy paste button so you don’t have to press and hold to bring up the little edit context menu for that function when pasting in your resolver ID. ### 5/5 — App is very easy to use *2023-07-17* Pretty much a simple app to use.
