It’s a free app available just for KTVAECU Members that gives YOU the control over your KTVAECU cards! With a click of a button, you can now customize when, where and how your cards are used. You’ll be able to: 

   · Quickly turn your cards on or off for extra security
   · Receive real-time notifications of any charges
   · Easily track card purchases 
   · Set spending limits 
    
How it Works: 

Control My Card works with the KTVAECU mobile app. Once you download Control My Card by KTVAECU and login, you’ll link your KTVAECU debit and credit cards. Then with just a few clicks, you’ll be able to control how and when your cards are used!

It goes down all the time. The app crashes at the worst of times. For example, today (the day after new years) when the bank is closed…it crashed and there is no support.

Good app but needs to update so you can log in with the same password and user as bank account. I can only sign in by Face ID I can’t use my user name and password

Can’t even set it up. Won’t accept online login info on its own. Have to launch this app from the other bank app, and then it will log in… only to require you to put in all your card information. Shouldn’t the bank already have this info?  Then it tells me the card info is wrong (yeah, for the card info it supposedly doesn’t have and needs me to put in) and locks me out for 30 minutes so I can’t even get in to do anything with the card.  Awful, worthless, garbage…as is most all of the online services from KTVACU. Gonna have to wait until business hours to get someone to fix this so I can deal with card issues that I needed to do on my own, after hours, through this worthless app.

This is horrible. I had to download an app that then has to be used via the original app and now I have to go find my debit card number to use this. The old way to flag the card was far more effective

I lost my card and not only is your customer support line busy but you have me download an extra app just to say I lost my card…….and then expect me to know the full card number in order to mark it as lost.
