The data scan that is supposed to opt you out of unwanted email never started. When I contacted them about it, they said it takes 2-3 days to complete. I informed them it had been over a month. They said they would look into it and get back to me. Of course, they never did. When I contacted them again about canceling, they wanted me to wait a few more days since everything showed it was working on their end. I sent them screenshots of it not working on my end. There was no benefit to paying for this app at all! Update: Corporate reached out to apologize for their lack of clarity and level of service, again mentioning that it can take several weeks to complete a data scan. But once again they miss the point that the scan never even started in over a month. The app did not work as advertised.
