Currently I can't delete a device because I need to "close the alarm first" -- I have no idea what that means. To me it means I need to delete the app and start all over again. The main problem is that on an ad-hoc basis, the connection is lost as a result it needs to be reset (unpluged) every two weeks or so! Maybe developer can make some changes in this app and make it work in local network without Internet, because I don't need push notifications to my mobile phone, it's enough if it will work with iPad which I use as controller of my smart home and it's connected to local network! !!!Developer pleas try to make local connection!!! Stays connected for only one day at the most if I am lucky. Once it goes offline have to turn power off and on to get it to connect again. Good idea but doesn't work. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass die Benachrichtigungen bei einem Klingelvorgang nicht mehr funktionieren. Dies ist ein schwerwiegendes Problem, da die Kernfunktion Ihrer App – die direkte Benachrichtigung und Interaktion – dadurch nicht mehr gewährleistet ist. Nach so langer Zeit ohne Updates ist es dringend erforderlich, dass Ihre App modernisiert wird, um weiterhin zuverlässig zu funktionieren. Gerade bei sicherheitsrelevanten Anwendungen ist eine fehlerfreie Funktionsweise unerlässlich. Ich bitte Sie nachdrücklich, ein Update bereitzustellen, das diese Probleme behebt. Auf meinem iPad ist diese in Englisch. Komme damit auch nicht auf die Admin-Oberfläche um das Datum und Uhrzeit zu ändern. I guess it defeats the purpose of having an app and this device. ### 1/5 — Für die Software ist ein Stern noch viel zu viel! *2019-01-05, version 2.0.001* Derzeit funktioniert die Türklingel über das Handy nicht. Wenn man anderer Orts in einen WLAN Netz ist geht die Software auch nicht. Bilder kommen stark verzögert. Zu der Zeit als es noch ein Klingelsignal gab dauerte der Verbindungsaufbau so lange, da war der Besucher bereits wieder weg. Das Türsprechmodul ist optisch und qualitativ aus meiner Sicht in Ordnung. Der Türöffner mit Zahlencode funktioniert auch. Bin auch schon dabei das Bauteil auszuwechseln. Wie in der anderen Rezensionen auch schon geschrieben China Schrott eben. It was working for a couple of weeks then suddenly stopped working for both me and my wife. Re-installing app and resetting push notifications did not remedy the issue. But I can only see year and month by Callrecords, not the days. ### 4/5 — Much improved *2017-02-11, version 1.4.280* This doorbell camera is now working quite well. I have had it for about a year and a half and the bug fixes appear to have finally taken root and fixed a major latency problem. In the last week, I have had two instances where delivery people have wanted to drop off stuff, or attempted to drop off stuff and I have been able to immediately (almost, anyway) connect over the Internet and have essentially fully functional two-way communication. While I was truly frustrated with this doorbell camera at first, it appears to be really working well now. My only current complaint is hardware, which may have been upgraded. My version does not have a true infrared sensor on the camera but uses LEDs to illuminate objects when two way communication is activated. Therefore at night without lights on it's hard to see what's going on. I also have this hooked into my video monitoring system and the feed is fine. Finally, it has hardwire power and Wi-Fi connection, and does not appear to have a problem. Overall working much better now than when I first bought it. Major advantage over ring or other commercial doorbells is that it does not require a subscription. At this point I would recommend it. ### 4/5 — Brill *2015-08-04, version 1.1.5* Excellent app! Unlocks our automated gates and allows video and sound! :-) can we have a couple of tweaks please? Longer unlock than 99 seconds! When someone rings from the intercom a longer ring than just 1 bell ring, a switch for the led lights on or off and finally an unlock button on the app rather than having to do a code? :-) ### 4/5 — Funktioniert sehr gut.. *2015-04-06, version 1.1.1* Benutzt mit Rongtel PL960PM Türsprechanlage. Im Internen Lan/WLan schon sehr gut.. Extern im LTE Netz könnte es etwas schneller Verbinden. Manuell gestartet Videos sind in dieser App leider noch ohne Ton. App Design-Technisch ist da noch einiges möglich 😜 Mein Hörmann Einfahrtstor lässt sich nun von überall aus öffnen und schließen! Und die eingebaute Kamera lässt sich ganz einfach in die Synology Station einbinden.. nimmt dann bei Bewegung Bild & Ton auf. Wenn einer Klingelt.. Werden zwei iPhone und ein Samsung Tab gerufen.. bis jetzt immer ohne Fehler.
