Die Anlage stürzt oft ab.
Walki talki Kommunikation das bringt keinen was
Mann muss die Anlage oft neu starten damit man den e Öffner steuern kann
Es währe schön wenn man einfach kommunizieren könnte wie telefonieren .

It works, but everything could be improved. 
-when you unlock the door, the microphone doesn’t work for 3 seconds which is very annoying when you try to say the door is unlock.
-when you get a doorbell and you have 2 people connecting at the same time, it will freeze sometimes.
-sometimes you have to kill the app to connect in a timely fashion.
-sometimes they have outage with their cloud infrastructure and they don’t even know about it nor they will communicate any outage to their customers; very frustrating.

This app is supposed to make your phone ring like a doorbell when someone pushes your doorbell. But I have an iPhone 12 pro and two other tenants have iPhone XR and all we get is a weak vibration and a notification message. Needs updating badly.

Upgraded from previous model to WiFi model, it’s appalling. Randomly does the door bell ring on the app, always cuts out, device is regularly Off-Line, was difficult to set up and supplier support was a waste of a phone call! A heavy price for such poor quality functionality.

Requires constant rebooting for any device to connect away from the house on a 4G network.

Just hooked up yesterday and very impressed so far; however only one device can be logged into the account at one time. Can this app be updated so that multiple devices can be logged into the same doorbell?  I understand that only 1 device could answer at a time, but multiple devices have the potential of answering a doorbell. 
Thanks for looking into this possibility; it would greatly improve functionality.

Funktionierte am Anfang ohne Probleme. 

Nun nach mehrmaligen öffnen der App zeigt es nach paar mal „Verbindung fehlgeschlagen“ zwar ein Bild an,Haustür lässt sich aber dann trotzdem nicht mehr öffnen.

Hi, with the new version it is not longer possible, too login with more devices at the same account!
If I logged on with the tablet the mobile phone is not longer logged on. This is not very practicable.
At the older versions this was always possible!
Can you fix this?

We’ve installed it on our gate about 6 months ago it worked fine for the 4 of us for 1 month. After a month one of us got logged out the the second one got logged out and since this morning I’m logged out too. 
We have to log in every time we want to open our gate  🙄
I tried finding a solution but nothing is available on line or in the manual

Wenn jemand klingelt bekomme ich nur für kurze Zeit ca 0,30 min ein Bild angezeigt danach ist es weg. Sobald der Monitor an ist bekomme ich ein Bild über die App. Hat jemand das gleiche Problem. Öffnen und Ton funktioniert immer tadellos.

I am no longer notified through the app when someone rings, and the same issue is occurring on my wife's phone. Many users have reported this problem, so why is there no update for the app? Hundreds of users are complaining to me; I have installed and sold your product in many homes. It's sad that there hasn't been any improvement in the software!!

Wenn jemand klingelt werde ich nicht mehr per app benachrichtigt, bei meiner Frau auf dem telefon geht es auch nicht mehr, viele Nutzer haben den Fehler auch schon gemeldet, warum gibt es keine Aktualisierung mehr für die app, hunderte von Nutzern beschweren sich bei mir, ich habe euer Produkt bei vielen Häusern eingebaut und verkauft. Es ist traurig dass sich nicht bei der Software verbessert!!

Purchased gate camera 2 years ago, installed app and worked but has some flaws and limitations, 2 years on and hoped developers had done more to improve but very much the same glitchy workings. Had to go new hardware for a better supported APP

Mit WLAN Verbindung funktioniert die App, wenn man jedoch unterwegs ist und nicht mit dem WLAN verbunden ist, zeigt die App an das es geklingelt hat  . Wenn man dann in die App geht ist das Gerät offline,  sprich man sieht weder Bild noch Ton. Ich würde gerne wissen warum ich nur mit einer Wlan Verbindung über das Handy steuern kann, das macht doch kein Sinn. Als ob das nicht reichen würde zeigt es die Uhrzeit und das Datum ständig in der App falsch an. Nicht zu empfehlen, dringend Update und Verbesserung erwünscht.

App needs updates as the unit says it’s offline. Meanwhile my other camera on the same network is functioning correctly. I think it’s time you splashed some cash you’ve been saving selling expensive equipment and not continually developing or having any interest in your own product.

Can the developers please update the app based on the feedback. I am getting the same issues as others and the biggest issue predominantly is that the device is off line when connected to wifi at home and around the yard. Also device goes offline if you try to open the gate without closing the app down. NEEDS WORK!

Diese App ist etwas besser als "ControlCam" aber trotzdem geht nix, Menüführung und Einstellmöglichkeiten sind katastrophal primitiv. Meilenweit vom heutigen technischen Stand entfernt!

Love the new app. Been using the old one for 4 years now. How do I fault find I don’t get push notifications when the door beep is pushed. It’s all turned on as well. Also can you make it save the photo of who pushed the bell button? Michael.

The app works reasonably well.

It has a few quirks and occasional issues, but on the whole it works.

Two things which might be helpful:
1) Don’t use complex, alphanumeric passwords for ‘One-key Unlock’. The system will accept them, but bizarrely forgets them if the app is restarted.

2) Each device (iPad, iPhone etc) requires it’s own separate account to be set up. Otherwise you’ll find that one of the devices won’t ring when the doorbell is pressed.

Had serious issues with control cam v1 app. Could not get remote viewing to work. Remedy ended up being using v2 (this app). Doorbell functions work 100% again with iphone.
