Impossible de faire passer le son sur le Soundtouch. Les presets sont inactifs. Je ne recommande pas cette appli.

**Developer response:** Bonjour ! Désolé pour cette mauvaise expérience. Pour diffuser votre musique en mode application seule, assurez-vous que les autorisations de réseau local (Réseau local) sont bien activées dans les réglages de votre iPhone/iPad et utilisez la passerelle AirPlay ou Bluetooth.
Concernant les presets physiques de l'enceinte : depuis la fermeture définitive des serveurs cloud Bose, réactiver les boutons 1 à 6 de manière autonome nécessite notre boîtier physique dédié (« Controller Cube ») connecté à votre box internet.

### 5/5 — Excellent SoundTouch Replacement

This is an excellent replacement for the Bose SoundTouch app. It works smoothly, connects reliably, and overall feels far more polished than the original.

There is just one small issue: whenever I open the app and it connects to my SoundTouch speaker, I hear a brief screeching noise. The same thing happens if the speaker is already playing and I open the app to control it. It doesn’t affect playback, but it’s a quirk worth investigating.

Aside from that, the app performs brilliantly and a huge improvement over the official version.

J’ai une barre de son SoundTouch, 300 avec le caisson de basse acoustimass 300 et les enceintes arrière qui vont avec Bose surround speaker et avec votre application, je ne peux gérer que la barre de son et non le caisson de basse ou les enceintes arrières, par exemple leurs niveaux sonore. 
Avez-vous prévu une mise à jour à ce niveau ?

Actuellement, l'application communique avec le système Bose via l'API standard, qui traite la barre de son, le caisson de basses et les enceintes arrière comme un seul bloc "maître", c'est pourquoi seul le volume général apparaît.
Cependant, c'est une excellente suggestion. Pour gérer les niveaux individuels (comme les basses de l'Acoustimass ou le volume des enceintes arrière), je dois intégrer des commandes réseau "cachées" spécifiques au Home Cinéma. J'ai ajouté cela à ma feuille de route de développement et je vais chercher à l'intégrer dans une future mise à jour. Merci pour votre patience et votre soutien !

Die vorherige Version der App hatte massive Probleme mit bestimmten Netzwerkkonfigurationen, weshalb sie auf Ihrem System leider versagt hat. Die gute Nachricht: Ich habe den Netzwerk-Scanner in den letzten Wochen komplett neu programmiert. Version 8.0 wartet derzeit auf die Freigabe durch Apple und sollte in den nächsten Tagen als Update verfügbar sein. Dieses Update behebt genau die Verbindungsprobleme, die Sie erlebt haben. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn Sie der neuen Version eine Chance geben, sobald sie verfügbar ist!

I don’t normally write reviews but as I have a Bose Sound Wave with two Bose smart speakers all reliant on Bose Soundtouch servers costing over a £1,000 collectively I’m beyond angry that Bose arbitrarily decides to stop a service I’ve paid handsomely for over the years. The least they could’ve done was to provide an alternative app themselves that works on local networks.  I then can’t believe that this 3rd party app by John Why is being slated & that nobody else but me apparently has managed to make it work which I admit took a little ‘trial & error’ but for the princely sum of £4.99 I have my sound system back. I can listen to my favourite streaming radio stations such as Caroline Flashback & Classic FM plus both my Deezer & Spotify accounts. It’s still a work in progress fine tuning things (by me) & I’m sure further updates by John will help stabilise it further as may be required. I for one am grateful to have a very decent workaround provided by John. Thank you very much, it’s appreciated.

2台のST10の登録も、IPアドレスを直接登録する必要がありました。登録後にステレオ化しようとしても、エラーが出て設定出来ませんでした。ST10を初期化しても改善しませんでした。

IPアドレスの手動入力が必要だった件についてですが、これはiOSの設定でアプリの「ローカルネットワーク」アクセスが許可されていない場合に自動スキャンがブロックされてしまうためです。

また、ステレオペアの設定についてですが、アプリの説明文にも記載しております通り、本アプリはスピーカーの「グループ化（同時再生）」や「既存のステレオペアの解除」は可能ですが、新しいL/Rステレオペアを作成することはできません。Boseがサーバーを完全にシャットダウンした現在、外部アプリから新しいステレオペアを作成することはBoseのシステムによって物理的にブロックされております。

ご希望の機能をご提供できず、本当に申し訳ございません。Appleのシステム上、開発者側から直接返金処理を行うことができないため、大変お手数ですがブラウザから「reportaproblem.apple.com」にアクセスし、Appleへ全額返金のリクエストをお願いいたします。

Cette appli permet aux possesseurs d’appareils Bose Soundtouch de continuer à pouvoir les utiliser alors que le fabricant a stoppé le service Soundtouch sur ses enceintes connectées depuis le 6 mai 2026. J’ai pu reprogrammer mes 6 radios de prédilection et je peux de nouveau les écouter. Mais je pensais que la télécommande et les boutons physiques sur l’enceinte seraient de nouveau opérationnels. Or, il n’en est rien. Le pilotage des enceintes nécessite le recours systématique à la tablette sur laquelle est installée l’application. Le télécommande ne sert plus à grand chose, si ce n’est à modifier le volume. Mais au moins, l’appli évite de mettre au rebut des appareils qui sont encore en état de fonctionnement. Donc, merci pour cela.

Mise à jour : le concepteur de l’app m’a contacté et expliqué que, les serveurs Bose étant désormais hors service, la diffusion de web radios en live ne pourra plus être pilotée depuis les boutons physiques ou la télécommande de l’appareil. Ceux-ci ne peuvent être programmés que pour diffuser de la « Local Network Music (NAS or PC drives) ».
Les web radios en live peuvent être écoutées sur les enceintes soundtouch via cette application en castant le son de la tablette ou du téléphone via Bluetooth ou Airplay.
Merci au concepteur pour ces précisions.

To clarify, the physical buttons (1-6) and the remote control do still work, but due to Bose shutting down their internet radio servers, the speaker hardware can no longer fetch live web radio by itself. The physical buttons can now only be programmed to play Local Network Music (NAS or PC drives) because those bypass the dead Bose servers. For live web radio, our app must act as the receiver and cast it to your speaker via Bluetooth.

Pas moyen d’utiliser les boutons physiques des enceintes. Pas possible d’écouter sur plusieurs enceintes en même temps. Pas moyen de regarder Instagram par exemple sans que le son des vidéos ne se lance sur l’enceinte et remplace la radio en cours

**Developer response:** "Bonjour. Je comprends votre frustration, mais ces limitations sont liées à la fermeture définitive des serveurs par Bose, et non à l'application.

Boutons physiques : Sans les serveurs Bose, l'enceinte ne peut plus se connecter à internet par elle-même. Les boutons ne fonctionnent désormais que pour lire des musiques sur un réseau local (NAS/Ordinateur). Aucune application ne peut contourner ce blocage matériel de Bose.

Plusieurs enceintes (Multiroom) : C'est tout à fait possible avec l'application ! Cliquez simplement sur l'icône "Mixer" (les petits curseurs à côté du volume) sur l'écran principal pour grouper vos enceintes et diffuser la musique dans toute la maison.

Le son d'Instagram : L'enceinte ne pouvant plus lire la radio de manière autonome, l'application est obligée d'utiliser AirPlay ou Bluetooth comme "pont" depuis votre téléphone pour la sauver. Les sons du téléphone sont donc fatalement retransmis. (Note : Je développe actuellement un petit boîtier matériel indépendant pour résoudre ce problème précis et libérer le téléphone !)

Mon application a été créée pour éviter que vos enceintes ne deviennent inutilisables. Cependant, si ces limitations matérielles imposées par Bose ne vous conviennent pas, vous pouvez obtenir un remboursement immédiat et sans condition en vous rendant sur : reportaproblem.apple.com.

Ne sert à rien, 6€ pour ça? C’est juste une connexion Bluetooth, les touches mémoire ne servent à rien!!!

Bose a définitivement fermé ses serveurs cloud début mai 2026, ce qui a physiquement détruit la radio internet autonome de toutes les enceintes SoundTouch. Controller Pro a été créé comme une 'bouée de sauvetage' pour continuer à diffuser la radio via Bluetooth ou AirPlay, sinon votre enceinte serait presque inutilisable !

Concernant les touches mémoire (1-6), elles fonctionnent toujours ! Cependant, sans les serveurs de Bose, elles ne peuvent plus mémoriser de nouvelles radios internet. Elles fonctionnent parfaitement pour sauvegarder vos musiques locales (ordinateur/NAS) via un appui long, ou pour lire vos anciens favoris déjà enregistrés avant la fermeture.

Si cette solution de contournement ne correspond pas à vos attentes, vous pouvez obtenir un remboursement complet et immédiat via Apple (les développeurs n'ont pas le bouton de remboursement) en allant sur : reportaproblem.apple.com.

Ne permet pas d’utiliser l’enceinte Bose SoundTouch de manière autonome. Pas possible de reprogrammer les boutons raccourcis de l’enceinte pour un streaming radio par exemple, à moins de passer d’abord par le smartphone a chaque écoute. C’est un blocage de Bose !

**Developer response:** Hi Vince, we are very sorry for the disappointment. To clarify: the inability to use the speaker standalone for radio is a hardcoded firmware limitation by Bose, not a missing feature in our app.

When Bose shut down their servers, they permanently broke the speaker's ability to fetch web radio on its own. It is now physically impossible to reprogram the shortcut buttons for internet streaming. The only way to save a shortcut button for standalone use now is by linking it to a Local Network Drive (NAS) containing MP3s, which our app fully supports. If this doesn't suit your needs, you can request a full refund via Apple Support. Some users are telling me they have used an Echo Dot and turn the speaker into a hands free service provider making it appear very much like before..
