This needs to be addressed by the developer as this has caused a lot of stress and false alarms. I’ve seen in the logs that a connection was made and then the alarm system reboots, powers up, and has to connect to the WiFi again and then re-set the alarms later. That’s bordering on a security flaw; for about 3 minutes the whole security system is inoperable until it re-sets itself. And if you’re trying to arm or disarm the alarm system then you’re out of luck. ### 1/5 — Dated *2026-05-30, version 1.18* The app is purely functional with a dated interface, very laggy and inconsistent UX. You have barely any time to do anything before it stalls. Can anyone tell me how this passed QA? Very frustrating ### 1/5 — Constant crashing *2026-02-03, version 1.17* App has worked fine for over 2 years as of the last few weeks it’s been unusable crashing everytime before I even get to my alarm menu. ### 1/5 — Fairly poor app *2025-12-13, version 1.17* This is a rework of the original control plus app. I’m not a fan of the new layout or limited sounds. There is no notification to the app if the alarm drops offline. The speed is much improved, but still has reliability issues. The amount of times I’ve seen serial number not found in server as an error. Don’t try to use the app after an alarm condition, you have to wait a few mins first.
