I’ve turned off Settings>Communications>App Notifications but the red indicator is still there, even after restarting the app and opening all the new articles in the Library. Maybe I’m just OCD but find it immensely annoying. ### 1/5 — “Connectivity Issues” *2025-07-31* This app is terrible. Also I don’t like having to call to request an out of hours appointment. I work all day, so effectively there’s no point booking online as I can’t book for anything outside of my work hours. Needs to be other platforms to communicate other than just a phone number (Skype, WebEx, WhatsApp etc). Provide people with choice.
