## What is Convergence Incident?

Report incidents by filling out details, choosing users and contacts, completing a witness report, recording images and videos, selecting a location, and sending the completed report right from your Apple device.

How does it work?

Register your device with the address you use to connect to Convergence, then purchase one of the four annual auto-renewable subscriptions below to use Convergence Incident. 
Each subscription option provides a number of “seats” (or licenses) for users to share a subscription within their company and all subscriptions automatically renew each year:

1 user seat - $2.99
10 user seats - $28.99
25 user seats - $73.99
100 user seats - $294.99

After purchasing an auto-renewable subscription, payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. 
The subscription will automatically renew a year from the date of purchase unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Your iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
Subscriptions may be managed with your iTunes account and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

After you login with your Convergence username and password, you can follow the wizard to report incidents from the field. You can also scan barcodes and/or QR codes to easily find users.
