## What is CONVERO Events?

CONVERO brings your event experience together in one place.

Designed for conferences, professional events and organised gatherings, CONVERO helps participants stay informed, connected and engaged before and during an event.

With CONVERO, you can access the information and interactive features made available by your event organiser through a simple mobile experience.

EVENT INFORMATION

Access your events and keep important event information close at hand. Organisers can provide participants with the information they need throughout the event.

SCHEDULES AND MEETINGS

Stay organised with event schedules and meeting information. View relevant sessions and activities so you can keep track of what is happening during your event.

SPEAKERS AND EVENT TEAMS

Discover speakers and other people involved in your event through the information provided by the organiser.

MESSAGING

Connect directly with other participants where messaging has been enabled for your event. CONVERO provides an integrated communication experience without requiring participants to leave the event platform.

EVENT FORUMS

Take part in event discussions, exchange ideas and engage with other participants through event forums where this feature is available.

ATTENDANCE

CONVERO supports event attendance experiences, helping organisers and participants manage participation in supported activities.

CHALLENGES AND ENGAGEMENT

Participate in challenges and other interactive event activities when enabled by your organiser. Some activities may allow you to submit information or photographs directly through the app.

REAL-TIME NOTIFICATIONS

Receive important announcements, reminders and event updates directly on your device. Notification permissions remain under your control through your device settings.

BUILT AROUND EACH EVENT

CONVERO adapts to the event you are attending. Available modules and features may vary because event organisers choose which capabilities are enabled for their participants.

SECURE ACCOUNT ACCESS

Your CONVERO account gives you access to the events and information associated with your profile. Access to event content is managed according to your participation and permissions.

CONVERO is developed by Aylukha Technologies, the software division of AYLUKHA SOLUTIONS (PTY) LTD.
