Without autotrader the owner of this would have been out of business -10 years ago as nobody will go near it ### 1/5 — Conversation has finished *2025-06-15, version 4.0.4* By the time you have logged in, a chat robot interrupts you, there is indication of what vehicle they are enquiring on, it freezes, the online version doesn’t work on a mobile device when the app crashes. It’s just horrendous for such a simple chatting platform. There are no notifications. No alerts when you receive a new message. Sometimes the app freezes mid conversation and you have to retype everything. The old platform was definitely better. I have spoken to Autotrader about this and they seem to just brush this off yet we are paying them loads of money every month for a service. I’ve also emailed Conversational Cloud admin and they seem to be of no help whatsoever. Something needs to be done ASAP.
