Also, can’t all be running in background? If I switch off if it to another app, it closes and I have to restart-sign in. Notifications feel weak. I’d like to have phone off and in my pocket. If someone texts in, I’d love for it to ding and be notified. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst ever *2025-06-16, version 4.0.4* I really don’t know why Autotrader outsource important messaging tool for dealers and potential customers, as this isn’t fit for purpose, it is so bad you can tear your hair out. Without autotrader the owner of this would have been out of business -10 years ago as nobody will go near it ### 1/5 — Conversation has finished *2025-06-15, version 4.0.4* By the time you have logged in, a chat robot interrupts you, there is indication of what vehicle they are enquiring on, it freezes, the online version doesn’t work on a mobile device when the app crashes. It’s just horrendous for such a simple chatting platform. There are no notifications. No alerts when you receive a new message. Sometimes the app freezes mid conversation and you have to retype everything. The old platform was definitely better. I have spoken to Autotrader about this and they seem to just brush this off yet we are paying them loads of money every month for a service. I’ve also emailed Conversational Cloud admin and they seem to be of no help whatsoever. Something needs to be done ASAP.
