### 1/5 — Opening files after conversion...no good

Files converted don't seem to want to open. That makes this app pretty useless right now. Waiting to hear back from the tech support and will update review them. Not sure why dev didn't just use the default "Open with..." context menu that other apps use.

Product does not perform as advertised. Convert Document would not convert a PDF file. Exchanged many emails with tec support. They were not able to help.

It does not have a 100% success rate but it has a wider range of document types that it can convert so I am happy with it!! Sometimes an error message occurs which says "an error has occurred whilst trying to convert this document" (or words to that effect) but does not show what the problem actually is. That aside, I'm impressed!
