It says I have to accept image conversion but I don’t know where to do that. If I can’t figure it out my purchase was for nothing. Please help.

Try re-installing the app and it should ask for your permission to save images when you do your first conversion.

I just paid to have my photo duplicated! Waste of money.

The app will change the format of your photo as long as you pick a different format than the original photo you used. Just select "JPEG" or "PNG" at the format screen. The app is also free to use with advertisements, purchasing the premium plan removes advertisements(a free trial is also available if you just want to try it out).
