## What is Convertelier?

A photo needs to be a JPEG. An image needs to be a PDF. A video only needs its audio.

Convertelier helps you make the file you need, right on your iPhone or iPad. Import from Files or your photo library, choose a compatible output, then preview, save, or share a separate copy. Your originals stay intact.

PHOTOS & IMAGES
Convert supported images to JPEG, PNG, HEIC, AVIF, WebP, GIF, TIFF, or PDF. Make a more widely compatible copy of an HEIC photo or turn an image into a PDF. WebP output is static.

PDFS & DOCUMENTS
Export PDF pages as numbered images. Convert between supported plain text, Markdown, HTML, RTF, and PDF. Choose formatted or literal Markdown when making a PDF. Use the Convert Images to PDF action in Apple Shortcuts to combine up to 25 supplied images in order.

AUDIO & VIDEO
Export compatible video as MOV or MP4, or extract its audio. Convert supported audio to MP3, M4A, WAV, AIFF, or FLAC. Choose a quality preset and adjust compatible media settings when needed.

A WORKFLOW THAT FITS
Import up to 25 files in one batch, choose an output for each, and preview or share the results. Convert a single file through the share sheet, or use Convertelier’s actions in Apple Shortcuts. Local conversion history keeps results available for up to 24 hours; save a copy elsewhere to keep it longer.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Conversion runs on-device. No account, developer-operated conversion server, advertising, or analytics. Selecting a source stored in iCloud or another file provider may use that provider’s network connection to download it.

EVERY FEATURE IS FREE
No subscription or conversion paywall. Optional tips support development.

Requires iOS or iPadOS 26 or later. Available outputs depend on the input and device capabilities. File size, page count, duration, and resource limits apply. The app does not bypass copy protection.
