Two rates, one card 

Each LATAM currency (COP, MXN, ARS, CLP, CAD, EUR) now shows two prices when they differ:

• Official — the central bank rate (TRM, Fix Banxico, etc.)
• Market — the real intra-day spot rate, closer to Google Finance

When both rates match, only one shows. No visual clutter when there's nothing to compare.

We also improved:
• Rates refresh faster (every 5 minutes instead of 30)
• Better precision for Venezuelan Bolívar (BCV + P2P + EUR BCV)
