Occasionally, when selecting a certificate image, the app tells me it can't connect to the server, and then it stops allowing me to select any image altogether. This is frustrating, especially when trying to complete important tasks within the app. Additionally, it's evident that the app could benefit from an update. It feels a bit outdated in terms of its functionality and performance. With some tweaks and improvements, this app could really shine. Despite these issues, I still believe this is a nice app with great potential. I urge the developers not to give up on it. With some attention to detail and a bit of fine-tuning, this app could become a must-have for users. I tried to talk to the developers and they responded but seems like they didn't understand the problem and they assumed something else without making sure that the issue is solved. It's a matter of being a good listener and have good customers service skills. However this app is very unique and there is nothing like it. I use it everyday to make morning posts to spread the words of Allah. I hope they keep updating the app and make more improvemens regularly.
