I am a mobile sonographer and I also do home office Tele radiology. I am also a Mac user. My bus has worked very well for me while I am on the road consulting, a real time saver. It is also a great time saver when I am dictating Tele radiology reports. The support team has also been great to work with. I have recommended the app to one of my mobile sonography colleagues and they also really like it. ### 5/5 — Doctor *2025-05-20* Versatile. Able to dictate into any EMR or Text program I have tried so far. All that is needed is a USB port to plug into the system. Dictation is easy and accurate and now appears too have some built in AI correction. I use it in my Medical practice EHR d in HCA and Cleveland Clinic EHR’s and testing g including stress tests, echo and vascular studies on site and virtually. ### 5/5 — Conveyor AI works everywhere *2025-05-18, version 2.2.4* Mobius MD has hit a home run with Conveyor AI. I use it everywhere, all day whether on my own laptop remotely connecting to our EPIC EMR, or in clinic/OR to dictate every note and Op Note flawlessly. My only regret is that I had not started using Mobius sooner. This product is exceedingly accurate, easy to use, and fast. I am doing all of my notes at the time of the patient interaction. Extra bonus - substantially more cost effective than Nuance. The customer service is way better than anything I ever experienced with Microsoft (Nuance). You need half a morning to get the hang of it. There are lots of AI scribe companies out there, if you are considering Mobius, I would most definitely recommend giving it a try. I primarily do telemedicine, and the interface is excellent as I toggle through my various taskings. The biggest change I immediately noticed was how fast I finished charting, general notes, and emails; and I have been significantly less fatigued at the end of my day. I love it very well organized on time and save me a lot of time so I don’t have to go back And this is by itself is a big advance in my field of medical practice come on. The dictation system works flawlessly. I like the fact that there’s no hardware necessary and I can use it on any device. I have via Mac or windows. Customer service is also very responsive and can answer questions very quickly. I use this for medical dictations at home, using apple/ mac computers. It is super easy to use, does what is supposed to do, and is quite accurate at transcribing (not perfect). Am very happy with the product, as it saves me quite a bit of time while dictating/ charting at home. ### 5/5 — Provider review *2024-07-18* Internal medicine, have been using this app for two weeks now. It is great and on par with Dragon which is what I used before. The medical dictation is very accurate, connection is smooth, lots of options on creating templates and for phrases. Can use on any program and EMR screens. And prices are much more reasonable than dragon. Just signed up for a year contract. ### 5/5 — Mobius MD *2024-07-17* The training was straightforward. I did have an issue connecting with the QR reader between my older and newer MacBook Air, but the USB stick solve that issue. Has an excellent medical lexicon so very limited edits are required due to AutoCorrect. Within a week, I was able to complete most of my charting by the end of the day saving me 3 to 4 hours of work that I would normally do in the evening. Limitation is that it is not available in either Spanish or French. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Transcription quality useless *2023-05-16, version 1.5.1* There were so many steps and the software fight you at every stage of the way I spent almost 3 hours when I finally got in the transcription quality was horrible If you are a software developer you might want to give it a try otherwise move on as fast as you can run from this! ### 1/5 — Getting worse *2022-04-07, version 1.3.3* Have used this it’s getting really choppy drops off or has really annoying tendency to not transcribe then all the sudden transcribe everything much latter. Likely going to drop it soon I’d expect more from cost ### 2/5 — Okay, not good, not great *2024-02-11* Pros: -Customer service is super responsive. -No install required with the USB (we all know how that goes with IT, and many of us switch computers) Cons - Dictation is slow. Customer service blames internet connection, but that’s not the issue. It’s just slow. - Picks up ANY voice in the background. Not sure if this is related to using the phone mic or because the software doesn’t filter very well. Either way, renders it basically un-usable in a multi person environment. - Inserting phrases requires phone typing. Using dictation to create phrases is REALLY bad. “Period” for instance will type out the word “period”. Native phone dictation works better but doesn’t know med terminology. - Accuracy, close to dragon, probably below. Especially when you consider your phrases. It only actually puts in your phrases sometimes. - App randomly would bug out and require phone to restart. - $150 monthly price tag is too much for the limited functionality. It’s also too much if someone works part time. Someone seeing 60 patients per week shouldn’t be paying the same as someone who sees 200. ### 3/5 — Decent *2024-02-23, version 2.0.9* It's alright. If you can't obtain dragon, it is another option. I do think it is a bit of a stretch to say its better than Dragon (which is far from perfect). I had plenty of accuracy issues and the load time for dictation wasn't great. I also think for the monthly cost, it should be a lot more effective with dictating. I will say it is very user-friendly. ### 3/5 — Good not great *2022-12-25, version 1.4.6* I’ve used this app for almost two years because I thought it was best product out there even though it was expensive. Eventually I discovered it’s a skin on a voice recognition software run by a different company. Over time the cost got to be too Much and I started looking for alternatives. Dragon dictate exited the mac several years ago but then I found Fluency by M Modal This app works as advertised but if you’d rather save money (half the monthly cost) go with M Modal Fluency. It’ll take a little bit of work to set since it’s not just a click and sign up but the cost savings is a lot greater and fluency direct works much better than Mobius Conveyor ### 4/5 — West, psychiatric NP *2026-06-03* I’ve had the great pleasure of utilizing various dictation software and hardware over my time as a clinician. Each have their pros and their cons. I’ve been using conveyor for around three months to date. I have really enjoyed this technology and would recommend. The accuracy is great and on the same level with many other devices/products. My favorite feature is the ability to use the hardware and move across devices. I often utilize different emrs and computers for my work flow and being able to utilize my dictation tool across these platforms is such a great feature. There is a slight delay in the transferring of text to the screen from the dictation device but this is just one of those tradeoffs going from a wired connection to Bluetooth. Overall minimal impact based on the other benefits you get from this software. Overall I’d recommend this product as I feel it delivers good outcomes in reducing documentation burden and increases speed for documentation. I feel the pricing is responsible for what you are getting access to. ### 4/5 — Get it! *2025-05-23* Using dictation helps me to chart HPIs and common phrases much faster! You don’t need any additional tools- just your phone and laptop. You can add catch phrases and etc. I’m very thankful for this tool. I do have to go back sometimes and edit spacing or words that weren’t transcribed correctly, but still overall makes my chatting much faster! ### 4/5 — Ok *2024-10-10* There are three issues with this application Most hospital based positions and medical providers have options to use dragon at hospital computers. This app would be best for people that do not have access at home and or want to use a Mac computer at home as opposed to a pc. It’s also great for ambulatory providers that want to use their Mac. Otherwise dragon wins. The reason is it’s a third of the price, or accurate dictation and definitely faster transcription. Given my first comment that this is meant for Home use and ambulatory providers or people with preferences of using a Mac computer, it would be best to increase the speed of the transcription by using the native microphone and the computer that is being used. Dragon is faster. It may not seem important until you are sitting at home on your free time dictating notes. I’d stick with it if it were cheaper than dragon (quality is inferior). It’s wickedly fast and remarkably accurate (DO expect it to catch ambient commentary). As a health psychologist, I need dictation that recognizes both medical and psychotherapeutic terminology. Mobius handles it easily. It also has some really handy features! When I don’t have time to complete charting between sessions, the Memo feature gives me a 50% head start in about 60 seconds. Glad I chose this one after reviewing approximately a dozen different. applications. ### 5/5 — Very Useful, Great alternative to dragon, Perfect for Mac users *2025-12-19* I am a resident and I cannot spell complex medical words for the life of me. This saves me so much time and mental energy. I use this for multiple things including creating ANKI cards for studying ease. I would like to leave a suggestion: it would be beneficial to bypass the command “insert” and instead automatically change words to the indicated shorthand version. For example, dictating “45 yo F w/ PMH of HTN” as opposed to creating various templates and dictating “45 insert year old female insert with insert past medical history of insert hypertension” which is a mouthful and requires extra cognitive attention. Additionally, having the baseline setting of no added space after dictation would be very beneficial as well. Eg, dictate “Hello” and it transcribes to “Hello_” instead of simply “Hello”. ### 5/5 — Fast and convenient *2025-07-22* I just wanted an app that was dictation focused and worked fast without software installation. The USB device makes it easier for me to go from workstation to workstation not worrying about if there is a dictation installed. It’s also very easy to customize my settings and add new vocab on the go. I appreciate that the software is not clunky and is smooth from page to page.
