There’s no way to track reps and sets

Absolutely useless app.  It doesn’t provide any way of tracking progress other than completing a full category.

Does not update when you complete goals. Very basic one page. Do not buy, this is why they don’t show examples of app. Just a rip off of the convict conditioning book with screenshots of the book
