## What is Convini?

With the Convini app you can easily and smoothly purchase products from us – whether it be time for breakfast, lunch or a snack.

To get started please sign up by registering your details and then start shopping at once.

Payment for purchased products is taken in arrears, at the end of the month.

Under Assortment you will find all our products. You can also request products – we will let you know via a push-notification when the requested product is in your store.

The app will also give you access to campaigns, discounts and suggested new products to try in your store. To make use of a discount please open the offer and scan the barcode in the campaign.

Keine Ahnung wie man auf die Idee kommt etwas so hochkomplexes (für das vending machine business) zu bauen und nichtmal ansatzweise es hinzubekommen das es funktioniert. Hätte mir echt viel Zeit auf der arbeit gespart wenn es denn klappen würde, jetzt nach 20min sitz ich hier und muss doch zum Rewe latschen danke canvini kein Wunder wenn ihr bald insolvent seid

Wieso nicht einfach mit (Wert-/ Kredit-/ Giro-) Karte?

Scanne den code am Kühlschrank, nimm dir einen snack und scanne den nicht. Schließe den Kühlschrank und klick auf abbrechen. Ignoriere die mail von convini. Und wenn man doch zahlen will ist es natürlich teurer als im Laden und es gibt paypal.

Verstehe die anderen Rezensionen nicht wirklich. Ihr gebt bei jedem online Geschäft willig eure Adresse an und hier ist es für die Rechnung ein Problem? Kreditkarte und Lastschrift sollte für 90% reichen. Paypal nimmt halt ordentlich Gebühren.

Since I found there are so many bugs within this app, I strongly doubt how much this company would care about security and customer service… I instinctively felt that I don‘t want to be involved into any trouble by using this app….

ein exzellentes Beispiel für eine Firma, die Digitalisierung nicht versteht, personenbezogene Daten unnötig verlangt, und ich denke auch bald "den Löffel" abgibt.

Um sowas triviales wie einen Schoko-Riegel zu kaufen muss man als potentieller Kunde mit Handynummer usw. registrieren. Man kann also gar nichts kaufen ohne die App runterzuladen UND sich mit personenbezogenen Daten zu registrieren.  Auch geht an einem Dienstag Morgen um 9:20 niemand bei Convini ans Telefon.

App-Store Bewertungen sprechen Bände.

Convini verschwendet Ressourcen-, Geld-, Zeit und beutet die privaten Daten von Kunden aus.

Dann werden auch noch ehrliche Bewertungen zensiert. Meine erste Review wurde vom App-Store entfernt, weil das Wort mit „Sch…“ vorkam.

Alles super, Registrierung per App hat 1A geklappt. Die Auswahl ist groß und von allem ist etwas verfügbar. Die Wunschfunktion klappt auch gut. All in all sehr zufrieden

Convini requires signup to use the fridge, but will not allow you to create an account with a US or Canadian +1 phone number. If you’re an American in Germany and want a snack, you’re out of luck!

Why they require sign up to buy stuff is beyond me.
