I would however need three key features for it to be my top choice: 1/ Ability to edit a post after posting 2/ Ability to do ad-hoc group calls (audio-only is fine; audio+screen-sharing would be ideal) 3/ Google Drive integration Also would love to always view a post's comments in threaded view, or flattened but with option to sort by most recent comments first (reverse chronological) Bonus: Integrations with Gitlab, Jira, and the like ### 4/5 — Reasonable native app *2012-04-10, version 1.0* This seems like a reasonable native implementation of Convofy's current web app, although I can't immediately see any particular improvements over the functionality, just design at this stage, but it does view documents and attachments in-app rather than spawning a new safari window. Looking forward to hopefully seeing additional functionality once they transition from Convofy to Convo and a good explanation of best-use hints and tips. ### 5/5 — Awesome app *2012-04-06* The Convo loop is now complete. Imagine having an infinite feed with no real way to prioritize messages or way to track them for follow up. Then add in a buggy interface that has erratic and unpredictable responsiveness to clicking on the “more” and “like” options. Finally, your messages may or may not send, and sometimes send 3 or 4 times. Now imagine all your internal conversations are on there. People ask questions and share important materials. But, due to the lack of ability to really curate anything important, it gets lost in the feed. Finally imagine an annoying notification system that is maybe the only way to determine what you should focus on, but that the notifications rarely clear themselves. What you end up with is a junk feed of gifs and likes. And a feed where the same question or issue from a team member reappears or resurfaces every 2 or 3 weeks. I would never recommend this to a company that actually wants to get work done and share knowledge. ### 1/5 — Worst app *2019-09-10* I use this app to check my schedule but it brings me to the webpage instead, what a waste of my phone storage. I can't get past the signup page. ### 1/5 — You lost me at WHOOPSIE *2018-03-19* When I signed my little team up for this group chat app, It was free for small groups up to 15. Today my desktop screen says whoopsie you’ve exceeded your free account requirements. Well we haven’t done anything different. You’ve changed something and now it’s only free if you have 5 users. You now want $10/month per user. My very small business team of 6 would have to pay $60/month. Ugh, no thank you. 😭 First of all five is too small of a group for most people to try it and $10/mo per user is too much $ for what you offer. Sorry but you lost me at Whoopsie. We were willing to use the free version with all the restrictions because we really just need to share text messages and small docs and maybe a video or screen shot every now and then. It’s really no different than a Facebook group or conversations in Asana. So there I will go. FOR FREE. ### 2/5 — No support for freelancers? *2014-09-24, version 5.0* I am a freelance entertainment tech specialist, downloaded this app expecting to be able to sign up with my own email then add workmates via their emails. I can't even get to that stage due to a lack of support for non company emails. Sadly limiting. ### 2/5 — Great main product iPhone app a bit buggy *2012-05-03* Use Convo at work and used to use iPhone app to keep in the loop but this update doesn't work at all it just sits there with a Convo logo. It also needs settings for the push notifications. At the moment they're linked to email notifications. If an email notification is on it will push, if the email notification is off it won't. It's an asset to my company and allows for real-time communication and collaboration between all team members.
