## What is ConvoPilot?

ConvoPilot helps you prepare for, navigate, and reflect on important conversations without losing your place in the moment.

Use ConvoPilot to:
- start a live, microphone-based session before an in-person conversation or speakerphone exchange
- get on-device transcription by default with live timestamps, mood shifts, pacing signals, and optional coaching cues
- set a session goal, script starter, and watch item before you begin
- review saved summaries and optional on-device transcripts later if you choose to keep them
- import a one-on-one text conversation for post-hoc review by pasting text or importing a plain-text file or PDF
- generate post-session recaps, action items, and follow-up ideas with built-in on-device analysis, plus optional downloaded Strong Local AI models for deeper local analysis
- learn from built-in mindful conversation playbooks and communication tips

Built for privacy first:
- on-device transcription is the default
- live audio is intended to stay in memory only during a session
- saving is optional and stays on device when enabled
- imported conversation review is based on text you manually provide
- optional downloaded local AI models stay on the iPhone
- cloud transcription is off by default and must be explicitly enabled

ConvoPilot 1.1 adds imported conversation review. Paste a one-on-one message thread or import a plain-text file or PDF to bring a conversation in for review. This update also adds optional Strong Local AI downloads for deeper on-device analysis, better model safety and memory fallback behavior, improved post-session analysis controls, and a cleaner import workflow.
