### 3/5 — Graph Feature Mod Suggestion

*2026-03-15*

Would be a useful feature to be able to select the start/stop date/time for the x-axis. It currently is set for a fixed start date of several weeks in the past. Be better if we could select the start date to be say 24 hours ago or even 1 hour ago so the plotted data would have more time resolution.

Would also be more useful if the Lochinvar Boiler and this app could be synced to real (NTP) time. Right now time seems to be displayed based on Lochinvar Boiler time which is losing more than 30 minutes each day.

### 1/5 — Awful

*2025-04-08*

App crashes every time I hit “About.” It also doesn’t display any of the sensors like it should. It worked for a while and then all of a sudden stopped. All I get now is basic run state.

### 1/5 — Very disappointing

*2025-01-15*

The app only works (for me) to check status of the boilers. I had two faulted out recently on LWCO (test not reset). Unable to do any about it. The graphs are useless and seem to pick arbitrary dates and parameters. They appear non-adjustable. Having data from 5 weeks ago doesn’t help much. The ranges are really too wide to be of use. A example is on a temperature graph it shows a range of -40F to 240F over a two week period. Lochinvar can do better. The boilers are fine units and this app is far below that standard. It’s obviously a low priority for them to improve this.

### 1/5 — Does not seem to work on Apple iOS

*2024-10-02*

I have follow instructions and videos on how to register and link to app.
Got boiler connected via WiFi and it’s showing solid connection.
Registered boiler .
Issue is that once logged into app I don’t see any current readings at all as if the unit is not connected.
Tried to re-register unit but that failed.
There is no way to log into web based site account to delete and re-register to see if that corrects issue.

Have read that the app does not work well for Apple devices.

Just disappointing that I cannot get this online for remote diagnostics.

### 2/5 — missing basic features

*2024-01-30, version 3.3.3*

there is no option to remove boilers from the list and re enter them . there is a malfunction where the boilers list on the app as OFF . they are on . i could delete them and re enter them but no such option . so tech support calls me back 2 hours after i have left the site . repeat on loop . customer complaining about a feature we sold them . no support . hours spent $$ . Fail .

### 2/5 — Registration issues, landscape lock, & naming

*2022-03-18*

Couldn’t the first two boilers to register, then without changing an info enter in my second armor registered all the sudden and then the first did as well. Having same issue with another pair but the first still won’t register and then another outta a third pair that won’t register as well.

Also like others said it locks you into landscape.

Lastly once registered you can’t rename. I named a pair backwards by mistake trying to register them and can’t rename them to correct my mistake.

### 2/5 — Maybe update the app?

*2021-12-18*

100s of thousands in condensing boilers & HWHs with “remote capability” and this is what they have to offer? Needs significant work in every aspect. Why even offer and app?

### 1/5 — Very disappointing

*2021-10-18, version 3.3.3*

The app only works (for me) to check status of the boilers. I had two faulted out recently on LWCO (test not reset). Unable to do any about it. ### 4/5 — A couple odd probs but overall good

*2021-01-11*

Yes, like others reviewers say, there is a landscape lock problem that screws up your phone on occasion, and there is a problem where if you access your boiler via local net then it won’t show up later remote over internet unless you close the app and restart, and vice versa.

Also, I have a strange problem where my boiler shows system return temp at the boiler, but the app always shows zero!!!

However the app, at the end of the day is still really useful, just has a few bugs and also one of the poorest UI’s I’ve experienced. Very difficult to find where things are hidden.

### 1/5 — Barely functional

*2021-01-02*

The app requires multiple logouts/logins for the registered devices to populate in the account.

The application is not fit for purpose for assisting in the troubleshooting process remotely since the boiler diagnostic information can only be viewed by the home owner’s ConXus account, and the service provider cannot simultaneously register a device to their account for remote diagnosis. The app could be so much more than it is.

The historical graphs don’t work either.
