My app no longer keeps my setting save so anytime anyone passes by my camera I am not alerted. I barely get notified went someone rings the bell. I reached out to support several times only to get one response that advised me a rep will be reaching out and here it is over 2 weeks later and no one has reached out. At this point I’m about to trash this and get a new one manufactured by a different company. Bad. ### 4/5 — Great but some glitches *2026-04-07, version 5.9.1* This works all the time with the camera in my outdoor sitting room and even works with Alexa. I can talk to people from the tv and my echo show, and it works. Sometimes disconnects from wifi but is relatively easy to set up for the first time and again. Once a year I have to set it up again and it takes rather long to get live view and when it does it isn’t HD or 4K resolution, but it is enough and simple to set up and connect. The camera works well and I am quite happy with it to at this early stage. The one item that I would encourage you to upgrade is the timeline bar. The red colour line which indicates recording is almost impossible to see it needs to stand out more than what it currently does. I would also like a button which automatically forwards the timeline to the next recording.
