Only ok for receiving messages ### 1/5 — Takes ages for application to go through *2025-05-03, version 1.1.6* I paid and submitted application on Thusday, it is now Saturday and still being processed. What on earth? ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-02-06* Cannot make landline nor cellular phone calls. Please check the number and try again. Oddly enough Skype and calling from my phone works as per normal. Thankfully I only wasted one month subscription. Has been terrible calls not getting through and when they do cutting out constantly. Call logs not showing missed calls or recent calls. Have made many attempts to log support requests, with little response or improvement ### 2/5 — Very glitchy *2025-05-13* I wish I could say that this app is a perfect solution for an Australian abroad but it is not. The biggest issue is that nobody can call me!! Sometimes texts go through but who cares as I can use WhatsApp. The only reason I paid for this app (not cheap) was so I could be reached IN AN EMERGENCY. So when my father had a code blue emergency in the hospital and their calls never came through, this was a MAJOR FAIL. I was lucky that he survived, but I didn’t know what crisis he was going through until I called the hospital after being unable to reach him to find out he had been taken to another hospital for live-saving care. I never got a response to my tech support message either. 2 stars is generous but I was able to use it to call a land line even though I would be disconnected if anyone called my US mobile number while I was on the call. 🤦‍♀️ ### 2/5 — Fix your app! *2024-08-06, version 1.1.6* Why is the app not working now? Need to get this fixed!!! And now I’m locked out and can’t login! I’m using this app across numerous countries while keeping an Australian mobile number and it’s been fantastic.
