The timings are so uncertain. You book the service and it may come 5-10 minutes early. You raise an issue about pickup point, timings, route.... I have to walk much further to reach my bus and to sometimes ridiculous locations that are tucked away within a street. ### 2/5 — Unreliable *2025-03-25, version 4.17.4* Pickup time can be 15 minutes earlier or later than when you booked. Drop off time can be 20 minutes later than initially quoted. During peak times the app does not work, takes 15-20 attempts to book a ride that is 30+ minutes away anyway. Once you hit “book” it can take 5 minutes to confirm you even booked a ride. This service is a coin flip, it will either be a convenient way to get to the train station, or a frustrating nightmare that you cannot plan around. How are users meant to know when to cancel and just book an Uber? You may think I am being extreme, bu Cooee is like almost always a 20-40 minute delay... I understand peak hours, and traffic but there has just got to be a better way.... I tried at least 10 times with the new password. It just didn’t work! I tried to register a new account then it told me my phone number is already used. Ok. Then what’s the solution for me in this situation? None by this app. End up deleting it. Wasted me at least half an hour! I have been using this almost one year and I would reach my destination without any hassle or any stress. Why do people use this? To reach faster. I was a regular user since this bus started and now it has gotten worse. As im writing this while riding on a Cooee that made me missed my two metros. I am only going to Tallawong station and takes 7-10 mins by Cooee. I was going to work and The cooee i took today was 8 mins wait and after it was 1 min away i reached the stop and waited but no sign. In my map it showed the bus was at one point and was not moving. i thought it would never arrive. After 7-8 mins it arrived. That was very disappointing but still I was fine. Then it dropped other passengers to schofields station and was on the way to tallawong. When the station was only a turn away it got another pick up and turn to the opposite side i was shocked. I was already so damn late because it had made me wait before for so long. Then it took extra 8 mins which is so worse. Not only has it happened today it has happened before but just today its tooo much. Turning the opposite way when the station was only a min away. Im uninstalling this app. i had recommended this app to my family and friends but i will tell them not to use it. The bus turned back from my destination when It almost reached there just to pick up another passenger??????????!!! i reached 8 mins late than the time estimated. And has happened everytime i used Cooe. i am never using it. ps That one star is for the drivers who are so friendly and warming. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work properly anymore *2020-08-12, version 3.21* The app was fantastic and I used to use it all the time. Now the app is not working properly. You can book from home towards a destination but you cannot book the return trip anymore. It’s an app problem, I have called them at least 4 times now and they book the trip over the phone. They keep promising to fix it but don’t. I’ve tried re-download, refreshing. Nothing works. None of their rides arrive on time - and even if you manage to choose a suitable time slot in advance, they ALWAYS move you at the last minute, giving you no choice but to book an expensive Uber instead! They used to be reliable, punctual, and professional, but now it’s a complete mess. Buses are consistently late or don’t show up at all, and the scheduling is chaotic—good luck planning your day around their unpredictable service. To top it off, my recent experience with their driver, Antonio, was appalling. He was rude, dismissive, and drove recklessly, making passengers feel unsafe and disrespected. It’s clear there’s no accountability or care for customer satisfaction anymore. Cooee needs a serious overhaul if they want to regain their reputation. Never on time ### 1/5 — Frustrated passenger *2024-07-07, version 4.16.2* I am finding it increasingly difficult to get a bus early in the morning 6:15-6:30am. When I can get a bus my pick up has changed making the pick up point much further away, but usually I cannot get a bus as the waiting time is between 15-30 minutes, and invariably I end up walking. The service up until a few months ago was a lot better so not sure what has changed in this time but you are certainly making it as hard as possible to keep my custom. Booked a ride 5 minutes away? Too bad, we’re going to change it to another ride half an hour away and make you run to catch the one you thought you’d booked! Booked a ride near your residence since all good old buses have now paved the way for this abomination? How about we change it to a random location 3 km away?! The Cooee bus picks you up from door and drops you off the station. Same lift after work. It saves you time and effort to find a lift yourself and the cost is very low. The only downside is that during the rush hour there may be less services due to high demand. So plan ahead and book the bus earlier is the key. ### 5/5 — Feedback *2020-07-24, version 3.21* This app is very helpful those who love in Schofield. ### 5/5 — Easy to use and great service *2019-07-18, version 3.8* I just used this service to take me from my house to Schofields station and it was the easiest and most pleasant experience. Once I set up an account which took me about 5 minutes, booking a service through the app was super easy. I walked a short distance to to the pickup location and much like Uber: the app tells you how many minutes away the bus is and even shows you the location of the bus on the map. The bus was clean and the driver was super friendly. I got to the station about 10 minutes before my train was due to arrive with no hassle, no stress and more importantly no sweat from the walk (which is normally 25-30 minutes).
