I never can remember the temperature needed or time on a recipe and always have to reference it. This makes it so easy to sort to my go to meals. Aka known as the Spaghetti Bol if you haven’t had it you’re not living your best life. Forget the pancetta you don’t need it. This is the only recipe that’s called for celery that I haven’t deleted it from. I use a whole stalk; that’s progress.
