I never seen a golden cookie travel across the screen even once when I played this game and some upgrades depend on golden cookies. Golden cookies can boost my production but they are so rare! I purchased $10 dollars worth of content and lost everything due to their incompetence in making games and having a customer service. The game froze 8 times in 15 minutes which resulted in me losing the $10 dollars worth of content, I messaged them on Facebook and emailed them multiple times over a few days with no response.
