And a lifesaver when dividing up booth sales. Note it does not talk to GS software like digital cookie or Smart Cookies. But for troop leveling tracking it’s awesome to be able to see live levels of inventory. My only complaint about the app is that it does not allow families to make transfers girl to girl, only the TCM is able to initiate transfers. If this issue could be corrected by next season, this app would be five stars! ### 3/5 — Charged 3 times *2023-01-04, version 5.0.10* Downloaded the app this weekend. I just wish it could sync with the apps the GS’s use. ### 5/5 — The Best *2020-03-02, version 4.0.5* I don’t think I’ve ever been more obsessed with an app before... we’ve sold nearly 2,000 boxes of cookies (our family personally) which is more than the entire 15-girl troop combined... we honestly couldn’t have & wouldn’t have been able to accomplish that without this app. It has made cookie season super fun & extremely manageable. This app is/ was worth every penny (and so much more). I would strongly recommend it! Everyone I know who’s tried it so far has absolutely loved using it. It’s super user friendly and makes logging & organizing orders, booths, & pickups surprisingly fun & super easy. Can’t say enough good things!! It has really saved me this year. Like I said before the SmartCookies app was revamped for this year and, to me, has been 3 steps backward. Two reasons, tho, why I can’t give this app 5 stars 1. the fact that I had to pay $6 for the app and 2. The reports are virtually useless. The only cookie I can get numbers on is the s’mores cookie and then there’s the order list, it doesn’t pull any info up at all. Would love for the reports to be better and have the ability to export to excel. I found it by looking at some posts and comments made on a Facebook group page about Girl Scout Cookies. This app is great. After getting it set up, I can’t believe I have done Cookies this long and not discovered the app before. I love the reports that I can do. I just wish I could export the reports to excel, someway. Shoot, there may be a way and I just haven’t found it yet. Who knows! But it is great. Would love for it to be integrated with smart cookies though. I’m not happy with their app right now. My only negative is the fact that I had to pay $6 for the thing but it was worth my money. ### 5/5 — Total Lifesaver!!! *2019-01-31, version 4.0.5* Last year’s cookie season was my first and I didn’t know about this app then. It was a hot mess! Then I heard about this app in a cookie mom’s Facebook app and decided to give it a shot. Best decision ever! It keeps all my inventory counts, orders, transfers, and money received straight. Parents have really appreciated having email receipts for cookie and cash exchanges. It’s great for me to be able to get phone out and instantly know all my daughter’s customer’s orders and inventory on hand. I almost screwed everything up by deleting my own admin account in the app, but I sent an email to the support email address and they fixed it WITHIN SECONDS!! Even if you’re not the troop cookie manager, as a Girl Scout parent, this app will help you so much. It’s really useful for both record keeping at home and entering on the go information. And the satay can be exported with simple emails. Very very useful! Definitely get it! And when I got stuck on something and emailed a grumpy grouchy complaint, I got a super polite, helpful email back that sent me to the super helpful how to videos that told me how to do what I thought the app couldn’t do (which turned out to be trivially easy). I was embarrassed at my own grumpy email. As a first year troop and wide-eyed troop leader with an ambitious Girl Scout, I thought I was going to drown in papers and spreadsheets! You’ve saved my cookie year! My co-leader is amazing!!! Now the app is not working and the developer’s website is down and there is no way to reach them. The app states, “An error occurred fetching your information from the server. Please check your internet connection and try again.” It has been like this for a couple of hours and my internet connection is fine. Makes me wonder are they phishing? I went to create a login and the developer said to send him email to make login. Then he turned me down without asking if I was a cookie mom or leader. I replied with info that he asked for to help him realize I was using it for my troop. He wanted address, phone number, cookies, number of cookies, etc. then. He turned me down and said it was for troops. I already told him I was the leader. Then, he said he needed my daughter's name. Nope! Red flags!!! Do not use! Very easy to use for tracking inventory and moving boxes between Scouts. Reports help summarize the season so that you can upload all data into Smart Cookies at the end of season. I am cookie manager to 2 troops and I can seamlessly switch between the 2 troops. I also use it to keep track of both of my daughters personal orders. The ABC app is so clunky and doesn’t make my life easier like this app does. I just input everything I need to into ABC at the end of the season from all the info I have stored here. I wish the app “talked” to Digital Cookie, but the benefits are amazing for inventory management and troop management. ### 5/5 — Great Girl Scout Cookie App *2022-02-07, version 5.0.9* Our troop of 12+ girls has used this app for 6 years now. We all love it and it is so simple and intuitive the girls can mostly use it by themselves to track orders and booths. They are now also using the app to reconcile cash, Square purchases and boxes of inventory after each booth with minimal adult help. As a troop leader, I use it to track troop inventory, personal inventory/payments for each girl, as well as troop and MySale booths. The integration with Square is also awesome. The app even tracks customer history over time (if the data is entered), so girls can contact former customers. I am so confident in the app that I only enter 1 summary transaction into eBudde for each girl to close the season - a massive time saver! If there are any minor bugs in a new app version, the developer usually responds within hours with an update. As new girls are added to the troop, the YouTube videos are very helpful and gets everyone trained very quickly. I truly appreciate all of the hard work that has been put into this app over the years. There is simply no better way to manage your cookie season! ### 5/5 — 6th Year Using Cookie Management! *2022-01-24, version 5.0.7* This is my 6th year using this app and I can honestly say it is worth every penny each year! The developer has been incredibly helpful with answering my questions and has even implemented some of my ideas! From what I understand, he is a dad of a Girl Scout and saw his wife (who was a leader to a troop of up to 30 girls and cookie mom) struggling with keeping cookie season organized, so he created an app to help her out! All I can say is, without this app, I’d be totally lost!! My daughter has the app on her phone and can take orders at any time. It’s so great that i can track her progress as she takes orders.
