The animation is fun and the gameplay is pretty easy to follow. It has elements that I truly love and look forward to when im searching for a game to sink into. My only complaint is that for someone like me who enjoys a simpler experience, there is a lot going on. Hence, my review title. This game is for the true gamer. Once you level up to certain degrees, there are plenty of different events and character additions. A multitude of places to go and people to see so to speak. For someone like me it’s a bit overwhelming so I feel like I can’t play it to its fullest but I can still play it at its basics which is fun in its own right. Tho I’ve had no problems with bugs as a lot of ppl have said they have problems with. In game I wish there were more instructions and help to complete tasks. Ive been trying to find The mine as of now and have had to look up a lot of how to do stuff in the past. Also doubles of cookies you already have is not the most fun thing but I guess that makes sense for the game. The reason is because there is way too much updates, taking up too kuch space and overall just got boring. Its the same cycle over and over. ‘Ohh shadow milk this! Shadow milk that!’ Its boring. The story just makes no sense. One chapter we see the dragon then hes all gone, when is it gonna come back? They made a giant update for timekeeper and you dont even see her ever again! The game gets repetitive, do this fircookie cutters and gamble blah blah blah. I left at the ananas update and glad i havent come back. I would have given it a 2 star rating but now its 3 because of how much i loved it and missed it. Wont be going back anytime soon. Wish i could give it a four but no. Slow paced games are irritating, fast paced games, great but I can’t keep up. The game is lovely, BUT if you don’t have the space to update twice a week(or you’re on a phone) it will NOT be playable! But if you are lazy, this game is for you because it love bombs you with goodies(PLAYED FOR FIVE YEARS AND IT TOOK ONE WEEK TO GET PURE VANILLA ON MY NEW ACCOUNT, WHAT.) ### 2/5 — Takes too much storage space/laggy *2026-08-29, version 7.8.001* CookieRun: Kingdom is way too laggy, takes up way too much storage space, and has far too many updates. The constant updates can be frustrating, especially when they require even more storage and make the game harder to run smoothly on older or less powerful devices. Personally, I also don’t find the game very fun after a while because the gameplay can become repetitive—you end up doing the same things over and over again just to progress. The game has a lot of content, but it would be much better if it were more optimized, had fewer and smaller updates, and offered more variety in the actual gameplay. Time shadow 🍪 is much more cooler than nether 🫅 🍪 and 🤫 🧂 🍪 needed more costumes. And I went to level up my cookies. I claimed some stuff from the events then went to gacha. I then proceeded to summon’ 40-60 times because i had around 14K gems. I only got ONE. Not two. Not three. Not four. BUT ONE EPIC.
