## What is Cooking Dojo?

Learn to cook in a few minutes a day with Matcha, your funny little cooking sensei. Bite-sized lessons, 750+ real recipes and quick snacks you can make tonight. No ads, ever.

Cooking Dojo turns learning to cook into a daily habit you’ll actually keep.

Train with Matcha, your cooking sensei, through 400 bite-sized lessons — from knife skills and kitchen safety to pasta night, sauces, roasting and hosting — and quiz yourself every fifth lesson. Tell us your level and we’ll start you in the right place, whether you “burn water” or you’re already a home chef.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
• Foundations: knife skills, heat control, seasoning, food safety
• Breakfast, lunch, dinner, baking and dessert units that build on each other
• A Drinks path: coffee, tea & matcha, smoothies, mocktails and zero-proof mixology — 100% alcohol-free
• Nutrition Lab: fun quizzes on protein, carbs, fibre, vitamins and food myths
• Culture Mode at lesson 100: Italian, Japanese, Mexican or Indian cooking, with history and technique

COOK FOR REAL
• Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks buttons, plus a Quick & easy filter for snacks and meals in 15 minutes or less
• Pancakes, waffles, French toast, breakfast tacos, mug cake, pizza toast and dozens more easy favourites
• The Recipe Box unlocks 700+ real recipes that use the skills you just learned
• Ingredient checklists and a step-by-step “Start cooking” mode that keeps your screen awake

STAY MOTIVATED
