In each level 19 (3rd part) for all restaurants it is not possible to cross it without using gems. In some other levels even if I have all the upgrades I have to use gems to complete that level. Either it is not well designed or this is a cheap way to make us buy gems. ### 3/5 — Decent game *2023-07-10, version 1.3.10* I started off loving this game but when you reach Naples, the levels get ridiculously hard and you have to make multiple purchases to get boosters. Also there is no way of calming impatient customers and you find that most harder levels, you lose customers extremely quickly. ### 3/5 — Good game but buggy *2020-06-07, version 1.2.3* I complete a level and it keeps saying internet connection required, this resulting in the game freezing. I have an internet connection the whole time and it happens continuously on the same level.
