I had to refresh my app a lot and even got my cupcake skin stolen and didn’t get my 90 diamonds back. Honestly, I felt disappointed because I liked the skin and it just got robbed and i didn’t get my diamonds back. I get “end of season” rewards at the end of every season and they vanish. I keep having to email the support team to get them back. I shouldn’t have to do that every single time. What just does not work for me, however, is starting back at 1500 every “season.” I HATE going back and spending match after boring match beating people that I’m WAY faster than because I didn’t get to keep my rank. I upgrade an item for a daily challenge, I do the upgrade and I go to clam my reward and the cake stacking loading screen come on and I wait and wait. Till I have to just close the app and restart it. I come back all the coins and badges I spent doing the upgrade are gone and the item I upgraded isn’t upgraded (robbed..) so I have to it again and finally it works. Daily rewards say you didn’t collect them even though you did, and events like treasure hunt have the wrong descriptions for the tasks so you can’t finish, and the support team are slow to respond and never fix your problem. They should be on a set time so at midnight or 8pm or whatever time you pick they change. Similar to how the original Cooking Fever is now. That app also used to be on a 24 hour basis and I quit playing it for just that reason. Not only that but the goodies, tasks, and shop all end up having different times on them. I want to be able to go into the game and do everything, not do my tasks at 6am, get my goodies at noon, and then go into the store at 8pm. If you put Cooking Fever Duels tasks so they all reset on a single set time I will definitely change my rating.
