Burn prevention doesn’t work. Have wasted gems and lost lives because of this. 😡

It’s no wonder you get bad feedback. I’ve contacted you three times now and you have yet to respond or rectify the problem.

You have protocol to follow and when it’s not followed your game can be taken down. I assure I have reported you taking money and not supplying the items that were purchased.

I opened the app already get an ad, I play one round, get an ad, after I went to collect my rewards and again another ad!!! I understand that you guys use ads for money but when it gets to point where any little thing I do triggers an ad it makes it unplayable and you end up annoying people. I just deleted the app. Getting constant ads back to back doesn’t make me want to spend money on this app nor play it. It just irritates people

I made two purchases a week ago and I didn’t receive the items I purchased but my money was taken from my card.

I emailed the address provided under the feedback tab and it supplied an email address which I sent a copy of my receipt and got no reply.  Now a week later I have tried to email again and had the email bounce back saying user not found.

Plus little did I know I was on the last restaurant and they still took my money.  I have contacted Apple report and just want folks out there to be aware and not download and play this app.
