I love this game but after NY there is no update. They keep saying coming in next update, and I have been waiting for almost a year. Can someone help me?

I’ve made it to level 5176 but they have taken forever updating ways to make more coins to help assist in levels. It’s really hard to get coins to upgrade items. I haven’t been able to make use of getting coins from watching Ads, and no one has been responsive in assistance for months. Disappointed and might soon delete.
