The meal plans are simple to follow and have introduced me to healthy recipes that I enjoy. The meditation feature has also helped me manage stress and reach my goals. I feel more energetic and focused. The shopping list feature makes grocery trips faster and more organized, and the Diary feature has helped me understand my nutrition better and helped me in managing my food intolerances. This has allowed me to make healthier choices that suit my body. I highly recommend Cookmesh—this app has really changed how I approach my health and wellness, and I’m excited to keep using it! ### 5/5 — Transformative and Enlightening app *2024-09-22* The meditations on the cookmesh app helped me immensely. I started with the Healing meditation for it was the beginning of my healing from emotional pain and cannabis use. I’ve been using marihuana to numb my feelings and emotional pain for years and when I finally discontinued using, I needed something strong to help me show up for myself the way I wanted and not to feel the urge to use drugs ever again. That strong thing to me happen to be the healing meditation on the cookmesh app, together with the Morning Miracle Drink on the Cookmesh app. I also found a great counselling therapy which I attended every week. Now-6 months later, I am feeling healthier, way more stable and clean from marihuana use. It feels great not to be dependant on instances, it gives you sense of independence and empowerment to know that you don’t need to use, to feel normal. I used to fall asleep in the middle of 11 minutes meditation over and over again and I still fall asleep sometimes, but it was worth it. The healing that was happening within made me rejuvenated and more at piece with myself. I continued using the app, only this time I tried the Abundance Meditation. I never fall asleep on that one, it made me feel enlightened and hopeful. I got invited to an interview for a job that I really wanted. My energy was changing, so did I. I can not recommend enough to people the cookmesh app, with the transformative meditations and health enriching recipes. I am so thankful! The interface is simple easy to use... The free version has a minimal advertisements and I hope that pays for development as I don't use this often enough to warrant or purchase. Extremely detailed, highly customisable, it can be tailored to anyone's need, and it offers the best overview of micronutrients of all the nutrition apps I've used - they tend to focus on macronutrients. User interface is very nice and easy to use, the app itself is very simple to use but it also offers complex data. Easily see what nutrients you need on a daily basis, interesting graphs,. There's also a very neat feature where you can import recipes, and it'll calculate all the nutrients based on the ingredients you mix. This app has changed my health and diet and simplified the task of leveraging natural ingredients. ### 5/5 — Fantastic App *2022-01-31* Cookmesh is a great way to see that even though you may eat lots of fruits and vegetables, you could always eat more!
