## What is Cook's Convertor?

The famous Cook's Convertor is the most important kitchen convertor and timer App that any cooking enthusiast needs!  

The Cook's Convertor is designed and tested for real-life by real cooks.  It is one of the easiest, fastest, and most powerful cooking conversion utility available for iOS.  It does just what it says, does it simply, and does it well.  We concentrate on features that cooks really need; no bloatware.

Cook's Convertor works on iPhones and iPad screens of any size, giving two side-by-side convertors or kitchen timers of your choice on the iPad. I’ve tried other convertors but they convert SO many things that I don’t need. I don’t want to wade through furlongs and nanometers. This leads to lots of time trying to find what I want. As a cook, I just need a few simple conversions NOW. This app gives me the answers I need. Many recipes are in metric which I do not know well. Thanks for keeping the app targeted to only the relevant conversions for cooks like me. Thanks!

I am a volunteer at a wildlife rescue and I often have to measure out different volumes of food for each animal. Sometimes I am feeding multiple animals and need to multiply the quantities and counting out individual teaspoons or tablespoons is cumbersome. With this app, I can now measure out the amount in cups.

If you are using the upgraded 'Plus' version, to add your own custom foods tap the 'Add' button 
top-right within the food list.  
You need to provide a name, a volume value and a weight with appropriate units of your choice.
It is common to specify 1 cup in volume and its corresponding weight in ounces or grams.
When finished, tap 'Done' the food will be saved.
You will see all your foods listed in the alphabetically sorted list with a label marked "(User)".  
Swipe your food items to the left to get 'Edit' and 'Delete' options.
