My money is not your interest free loan. Pay me an interest rate for my money that’s in the “wallet” and I will consider it. Needs to manually enter a bunch of personal information to get a drink. I accidentally scanned two items and the door closed…I tried 2-3x to contact customer service through the app and they never responded. Then filed a dispute from my credit card and was denied and they lied about the purchase. I cannot login to my account anymore, every time I punch in the code sent to my phone, it displays a generic error message. ### 1/5 — Unusual activity *2026-02-18, version 2.2.6* App won’t let me log in due to unusual activity. When trying to sign in I use my number and it prompts me to use the verification code they sent. However after using the code it logs me back out right away. Now when trying to log into it says access blocked due to unusual activity. I have only used the app twice. ### 1/5 — Inaccurate and $$ *2025-06-12* The app is wildly inaccurate with what they claim in stock. I suspect people either steal from the fridge or don’t know how to use it properly. What’s the point of the app if none of the live inventory is even accurate? It often takes 3+ attempts to login, right now I can’t use the app because it says I need to update even though the app is updated. I would have given up long ago if my work didn’t provide user credits. Updated to add: I deleted the app and reinstalled it, it still says I need to download the updates. ### 1/5 — App does work, no way to contact customer service *2024-01-29* App frequently glitches/doesn’t load. They only offer you an ai chat bot for “help” which gives you canned pre-loaded responses that doesn’t help. The site also offers no customer service options, only ai that redirects you to the site, despite the fact that there is zero - absolutely zero way to contact anyone at the Fraîche team.
