When I don’t pair the two, the doodles load but I can’t use them because the mask isn’t connected. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app which didn’t work. This wasn’t a problem I had before version 3.0.0 ### 3/5 — Sorta works *2020-12-31, version 2.1.3* App crashes when trying to use equalizer. Connects to my I[hone 12 Pro but disconnects a lot. No instruction on how to remove text when you are tired of it. It does work tho and is pretty cool. It needs another update to workout bugs. Music works better since update but won’t play music from your playlist because of copyright. Only plays music that is supplied. A work around is needed. Also Bluetooth connects and disconnects frequently ### 4/5 — Pretty good app- music doesn’t work on iPhone *2020-12-27* This app generally does everything that it is supposed to do but the music function doesn’t work on the iPhone 12 and the equalizer needs some improvement to get a better range. I think the app has some neat features that makes the mask do some interesting things. My biggest issue is that the mask cuts off when my phone gets put to sleep, even when my battery is fully charged on both. It would be the equivalent of a music app going on pause when the phone goes to sleep. Doesn’t do you much good. Got one of the masks linked to the phone bed can NOT get the second mask to link! Very frustrating specially with the money I paid for it!! Very upset!!! 🤬 UPDATE: I was never able to get the second mask to pair with mine nor my husband’s phone. Been emailing back and forth with someone from China who obviously doesn’t understand my issues. Husband went to use his mask today and low and behold IT DOESN’T work now. I purchased this item well before Christmas and it took forever to get here...I’m assuming for customs(?), so obviously I am VERY disappointed that after all this waiting the product doesn’t work at all! I am asking seller for a full refund. (We will see what they will do!) ### 1/5 — Led strip is upside down! *2020-11-26* The mask is cool, in theory. Great idea, but the LED strip is upside down inside of the mask and I can’t fix it without having to take the whole thing apart! Paid way to much for a wonky mask. The only feature I can use is the doodle feature, where I can draw upside down in the app so it appears right side up on the mask!
