## What is Cool Down?

Cool Down is a simple app to help you pause and "Cool Down" before doing something you might regret later. 

When you create a Cool Down, not only do you get to set a length of time to cool off for, but you can also add any tasks you want to do during this period. 

Maybe you can think clearer after eating, maybe a good nights sleep is what you need before sending that angry email. Add whatever task you think will help you get in the right headspace to make good decisions.
